Calida Kitchen & Wine is a small, chef-driven restaurant where every dish is carefully cooked and every glass of wine is poured with a story. Twenty-odd seats, glowing candlelight, and the feeling of being at an elegant dinner party in a friend’s home.
Welcome to Calida
Tucked into Crescent Heights, Calida is co-owned by Dayna Bennett and chef Ian Florence. Together they’ve created a small, personal dining room where service feels as thoughtful as the food.
The setting is inviting, framed by dark wood tables, warm lighting, and rich red drapery. It’s a place where you settle in with a glass of wine and let the evening unfold course by course.
In the kitchen, Chef Ian cooks every plate himself, layering seasonal vegetables, bright acids, and deeply savory flavors into dishes that feel comforting and a little bit adventurous.
At the front, Dayna greets each guest and curates our wine list, offering thoughtful pairings that enhance the meal. She introduces the menu and guides each table with attentive service and deep knowledge.

Reservations
Calida Kitchen & Wine is located in Crescent Heights in St. Petersburg, with an attached parking lot in the back and easy access from Dr. Martin Luther King Jr St. North.
